Peter has been in the plumbing and construction industry for 38 years. Over that time Peter has had many roles in various parts of the plumbing profession. They range from domestic, commercial and industrial, to a long period in fire protection. Peter also has a long relationship in the chemical and environmental fields. These days he spends most of his time in the management / estimating side of the business but still enjoys a day in the field now and then. He remembers how hard was to get into an apprenticeship, many years ago, so is very committed to putting as many apprentices through their time as possible and make sure they come out as competent tradesmen

Jennifer (Jenny) Monahan

Accounts & Office Manager​

Jenny has both State Bank and Commonwealth Bank background where over 17 years she worked her way from office assistant to Bank accountant.

She has been our office manager for the past 20 years with Eastside Plumbing before we changed our name to Ecoplumb. Jenny runs the office through the MYOB accounting package and has a long history in all facets of invoicing and banking, tender preparation, payroll and day-to-day running of Ecoplumb.

SHARYN PICKERING

HSEQ Manager

Sharyn primary role is managing and maintaining Ecoplumb’s QA Certification in 9001 Management, 45001 OH&S and 14001 Environmental Management Systems. She is also responsible for managing a number of other key certifications with the various water boards and Worksafe Asbestos Removal licencing. Sharyn maintains our employee training matrix and is responsible for ensuring currency in all skills as well as tabling appropriate up-skilling.

Sharyn has a proven background in Executive Office Management, Accounting functions and HR in the Building and Construction, Motoring Services, Legal and Allied Health sectors.

LIAM MONAHAN

Field/HSE Supervisor

Liam has been with Ecoplumb for over 9 years, firstly doing his apprenticeship where he obtained his Plumbing Registration.

Liam’s on-site leadership, plumbing knowledge and ability to problem solve is a credit to himself and an asset to our business. He leads by example.

He is extremely competent in all aspects of plumbing from small maintenance jobs to large commercial works.

He is an asset to our Company.

SEAN WILSON

Plumber / Plant Manager​

Sean has worked for Ecoplumb for 11 years where he started out as a labourer after he finished a Landscaping apprenticeship.

After a short time, he showed great skills in both plumbing and operation of the excavator, bobcat and truck etc..so Sean did a second apprenticeship and is now a registered plumber who is also the manager of all Ecoplumb’s fleet.

Along with being a great source of encouragement and knowledge to our young guys, he is licenced with Worksafe to excavate over 1.500 meters deep, is a licenced A & B asbestos removalist and is extremely competent in ground support.

Michael has been with Ecoplumb for 13 years. Over that time he has overseen many projects and solved many emergency call-outs. Along the way he has become a “green plumber” and offers Ecoplumb many of his environmental plumbing solutions with both contract and maintenance works.​

ANDY CLARK

Field/HSE Manager
& Pipeline Consultant

With 35 years of experience in construction, project management and inspection of gas, water and sewer pipeline projects in Australia and overseas Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Having worked in every facet of pipeline construction including survey/design, bending, lowering in, trenching, backfill and rehabilitation he offers a hands on practical approach by anticipating constructability problems and offering workable solutions.
